Hello, thank you for seeking this page out. I wanted a place where I could post updates about my novels and writing, but a place that wasn’t just Instagram or Tiktok. This is the start of my journey and everyone has to start somewhere. Things might change quickly around here as I delve in and learn the world of web design alongside everything that comes with self publishing novels (the writing, the editing, getting covers, ect. You get the point)

The best place to start would be with my debut novel, Awakening Fate. It is scheduled to come out March 5th, 2024. So far Amazon.ca is where you’ll be able to find it in two different formats, e-book and paperback. The plan is to cast a wider net, but it’s a slow learning curve. I’ll update here as it becomes available in other places.

What’s my book about? Excellent question.

 Awakening Fate is the first novel in my Intertwined series. It is my take on a fairy-tale retelling story. Awakening Fate is focused mostly on the descendant of Little Red Riding Hood, but as the series grows you’ll get to meet quite the cast of characters. There is a broad summary and a more focused summary. Since you’re here, and I tend to be quite chatty when given unlimited writing space, you get both.

Broad summary: Descendants of fairy-tale characters are being hunted down in our modern day society by an unknown evil.

Focused summary:

Nova, an 18 year old college student, is coming home to visit her parents for the first time since she moved away. Home cooking, help with laundry, and quality time is what she’s expecting. In the blink of an eye she finds herself on the run with no money and no hope. Lost and alone, nowhere seems safe when she can hear the growls following behind her. Growls that no one else can hear. 

Haven, a 23 year old mail room clerk, usually spends her spare time visiting her grandmother in an institution and reading fairy-tales to her. Lately, her grandmother has been spouting the strangest warnings about fictional people and the dangers they bring. Unbeknownst to Haven, the stories she reads her grandmother are about to become larger than life. 

Nova and Haven, two strangers being controlled by powers beyond their comprehension, are about to discover how intertwined their futures really are. Will they come together in time to save a life, or will Nova become the next victim of the Wolf?
